DU Film unites current students and alumni from any majors to discuss creating, promoting and distributing in the film industry. DU Film makes recognizing industry-wide inequities a priority, and one of its main initiatives is to include people from groups historically underrepresented in the film industry.Support
Lamont School of Music
This fund supports our ensembles, helps us purchase instruments, underwrites master classes and performances by guest artists, maintains scholarships, sends our ensembles on tour and provides travel funds to students for summer festivals, competitions and auditions.Support
The University Library Association (ULA) is a group of DU alumni, neighbors and friends who are dedicated to the premise that a great university must have at its heart a great library. Since 1956, this advocacy group has met for educational and social functions, while raising funds for the University of Denver's libraries.Support
Newman Center Education Fund
Your donation to the Newman Center Education Fund enriches the lives of K -12 students, teachers, and their classrooms by giving the gift of creativity through the Newman Center’s signature programs:
- Student Matinees: Local teaching artists integrate performing arts content into classrooms in advance of a matinee performance at the Newman Center, fostering a richer understanding of how the arts connect us to the world and each other.
- Musical Explorers: In partnership with Carnegie Hall, this program introduces K-2nd grade students to musical cultures from all over the world, featuring innovative classroom arts experiences and a live interactive performance at the Newman Center.
Newman Center for Performing Arts
The Newman Center for Performing Arts is a multi-disciplinary arts venue that provides innovative, diverse and thought-provoking performance and education opportunities, and enables the community to remain engaged, inspired and connected through the performing arts. The NCPA seeks to enrich and inspire the University of Denver and Denver community by presenting a rich program of diverse artists and thinkers in public performance, among other community-oriented goals.Support
